Your Rialto Premier wooden blinds are custom made to the highest standards and as a result this takes time.
Please allow 6 weeks for your blind to be manufactured and delivered for free direct to your home
or place of work. Please note it will be 6 weeks from start of production not from submitting
your order and all orders are confirmed by telephone before start of production so if we cannot
contact you it will delay your order. All free deliveries are 6 weeks with no exceptions.
You can get your blinds in 3 weeks with our express service but this does cost a little extra. You can select express delivery on each individual blind on the same order. So if you need one blind quickly and others are not so urgent you can do this in the ordering process.
When you place your order we will telephone you to confirm all the details before production, we will ask you at this time to confirm the express delivery.
Express delivery costs £10 per square metre of your order plus Vat.
e.g. Set of blinds for patio doors 1854mm X 1500mm (2.781 square metres) 64mm blind with tapes standard price is £414.37 with free delivery in 6 weeks.
For the same order with express delivery the cost will be £10 X 2.871 = £28.71 + Vat = £33.73
Plus the blind £414.37 = £448.10
Delivery Times
We will contact you as soon as possible with a date for your delivery. This will be approximately 3 - 5 days before delivery.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm we cannot give any exact times and cannot deliver outside these times and days. If you are not home when the delivery arrives the courier will leave a card for you to re arrange delivery for another day.
Storage
We can store your orders for you if you are not ready to take delivery when the blinds are ready.
Storage can be requested when we telephone to confirm your order or telephone to arrange delivery.
The cost for storing your order is £20.00 + Vat per week or part week per total order (Not per blind). You will be asked to pay the storage charge in advance of storage, if the storage charge is not paid the delivery will take place as previously arranged or under the terms and conditions.
