Plantation Shutter Styles

Plantation shutters come in several different styles. The styles available help you achieve the perfect look for your home weather its a modern penthouse or a traditional Victorian villa. Each style of shutter is not only custom made for the perfect fit but also for the ideal look and feel.

Cafe Style Shutters

Cafe style shutters are where the shutters only fit onto the bottom half of the window. This allows privacy on the bottom of the widow with light but less privacy at the top. Cafe Style Shutters work well together with curtains.

Full Height Shutters

Full height shutters are simply shutters which cover the full height of the window. This style offers the maximum privacy and light combined.

Tier On Tier Shutters

Tier On Tier shutters are basically two sets of shutters one on top of the other. This allows both the top set of shutters and the bottom set to be operated independently of each other. This style offers the most flexibility but requires space either side of the window to store the shutters when not in use.

Solid Panel Shutters

Solid panel shutters are very similar to Victorian shutters and many people use our solid shutters as a direct replacement for their old Victorian shutters. They are available in two flavours, raised panel shutters and moulded panel shutters.

Special Shaped Shutters
