Timing and aftercare
Our faster Composite option can usually be installed in around four weeks. Hardwood and Hardwood ABS usually take 10–11 weeks; Premium Hardwood and our alternative Composite option usually take 10–12 weeks. These are typical timings, not guaranteed dates; we confirm the current expectation for your order.
Hardwood shutters have a five-year warranty; Hardwood ABS and Composite shutters have a ten-year warranty. Blackout blinds have a separate two-year warranty. Covered repairs include labour and travel, subject to the warranty terms.

Can shutters work across patio doors?
A tracked layout may be suitable for a wide opening, subject to the door arrangement and fitting space. We check handles, access and where folded or sliding panels would sit. The quotation reflects the agreed track and panel specification.
