1. Your free home consultation
We bring samples and help you choose the material, finish, panel layout and louvre size. We assess access, handles and fitting space, then take accurate measurements.
2. Your tailored quotation
We prepare a quotation including installation and explain the specification and expected delivery timing. A 50% deposit is required to place your order, with the balance due on completion. Take time to decide; there is no pushy sales approach.
3. Made for your windows
Once the specification is agreed and your deposit is received, we place the order. Usual lead times vary by material and can be affected by manufacturing or transport disruption.
4. Expert installation
We arrange fitting when your shutters are ready, install them carefully and show you how to open the panels and operate the louvres and any manual blackout blind.
5. Care and support
We explain gentle cleaning and leave suitable touch-up materials where applicable. Contact us if something needs attention; we assess warranty claims and quote for other repairs before proceeding.

After fitting
We demonstrate the operation and explain cleaning and care. Keep any supplied touch-up paint or wax for the product it was provided with, and contact us if you need advice or a repair.
