Will shutters make my room dark during the day?
You control the light by tilting the louvres or opening the panels. Frames and louvres occupy part of the opening, so some daylight is reduced even with the louvres open. Café-style shutters leave the upper window uncovered; tier-on-tier shutters allow the upper panels to open separately. We help you balance daylight and privacy.
Which louvre size is best?
There is no single best size. We compare the available sizes, commonly 64mm, 76mm and 89mm depending on the range, against your window proportions, view and privacy preferences.
