Customer reviews

Really pleased with the shutters in our bathroom and wetroom. The café-style and full-height designs suit the two rooms really well, and the white finish brings everything together. They’ve added the finishing touch to the renovations.

Excellent service from Shutter Master. Ryan fitted shutters in our living room and three bedrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They look fantastic and stylish, and they’ve made a real difference in keeping the heat in and the cold out. Ryan was extremely professional and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. He left everything clean and tidy. High-quality products and outstanding service. I would highly recommend Shutter Master to anyone looking to add shutters to their home.

Weve used ryan and shutter master for coming on ten years now. Hes done our whole house and whenever we have work done or make changes we always go back to him.

The product, service, and value is second to none - dont waste your time and money using a sub par franchise installer - use shutter master. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the shutters compared to some we had fitted by another company are fantastic. Really can’t recommend Shutter Master more highly. The guarantee is also very good, with no hidden call out charges should anything go wrong, which I doubt it will.

I cannot recommend shutter master more, I got numerous quotes from different companies but Shutter Master stood out by far, Chris and Ryan were very polite and went the extra mile to make sure he could get the best deal for us which he did and kept in contact. The shutters arrived earlier than expected.

I love my new shutters. They are excellent quality and installed well. Chris was responsive on all emails during the sale and Ryan came to install with a colleague. They tidied up behind themselves after the installation and showed me every shutter to ensure I was satisfied before they left. I would thoroughly recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding communication, price, professionalism and product. I had a number of quotes and one company I called back to price match Shutter Master couldn’t touch it and asked if they’d left a window out by mistake? I’m a retired Police Officer and did my home work before investing in shutters and I can tell you you won’t be disappointed with Shutter Master. Excellent company.
