A faster option for your home
Our European-made Composite range has a typical delivery time of around four weeks and comes in Pure White, with 64mm, 76.2mm or 89mm louvres. Installation dates depend on delivery and fitting availability.

An alternative Composite option
We also offer a lower-priced Composite option with a wider choice of painted finishes and selected angled shapes. Typical delivery for this option is 10–12 weeks, subject to manufacturing, transport and unforeseen disruption. We will confirm current availability at consultation.

When timing matters
Our faster Composite option can usually be installed in around four weeks. The alternative usually takes 10–12 weeks. If you have a deadline, tell us at the outset so we can check availability; neither timing is a guaranteed installation date.
Delivery, installation and aftercare
Typical timing: Around four weeks for the faster range; 10–12 weeks for the alternative. Manufacturing, transport and unforeseen disruption can affect delivery. We confirm the current expectation when you order and arrange fitting once the shutters are ready.
This range has a 10-year shutter warranty. Covered repairs include labour and travel. Cover is for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a new owner. A compatible blackout blind has a separate two-year warranty.
For routine cleaning, use a slightly damp microfibre cloth and avoid bleach or strong detergents. We explain operation and care at installation and leave any product-appropriate touch-up paint or wax supplied for minor marks.

Our quick estimate covers one window and gives an initial guide, with a £450 minimum order for local installations. For properties further away, we discuss your postcode and project before confirming arrangements.
Do I need to choose the material before booking?
No. We bring samples and help you compare the ranges at home. Tell us which rooms you are considering and any preferences or questions you already have.
Can these shutters include a blackout blind?
A manual blackout option is available, subject to the opening, frame and fitting requirements. We check compatibility during the consultation and quote the additional option separately.

Which shutters are best for kitchens and bathrooms?
Composite shutters are our usual starting point for moisture-prone rooms because of their water-resistant construction. We assess the fitting position, ventilation and exposure to moisture at your consultation. A kitchen window away from splash areas may also suit a wood range; the right choice depends on the room rather than its name alone.
How long does the process take?
After your consultation, we prepare the specification and quotation. Once the order is confirmed, our faster Composite option usually takes around four weeks; Hardwood and Hardwood ABS usually take 10–11 weeks, and Premium Hardwood and the alternative Composite option usually take 10–12 weeks. These are typical timings, not guaranteed dates. Appointment availability, manufacturing, transport and fitting arrangements can affect the overall schedule.
