Timing and aftercare
Our faster Composite option can usually be installed in around four weeks. Hardwood and Hardwood ABS usually take 10–11 weeks; Premium Hardwood and our alternative Composite option usually take 10–12 weeks. These are typical timings, not guaranteed dates; we confirm the current expectation for your order.
Hardwood shutters have a five-year warranty; Hardwood ABS and Composite shutters have a ten-year warranty. Blackout blinds have a separate two-year warranty. Covered repairs include labour and travel, subject to the warranty terms.

When is café style a suitable choice?
Café-style shutters suit windows where privacy is needed mainly at the lower level and you want the upper glass uncovered. If the window is overlooked from above, full-height shutters may be a better starting point. We assess that with you at the consultation.
