An earlier Swindon installation with a free-floating track layout for a bedroom patio-door opening.
The opening
The published project describes newly fitted bi-fold patio doors opening from a bedroom onto the garden. The opening was just under 2.5 metres wide, with privacy and sunlight control important to the homeowners.
The tracked layout
A free-floating track system supported the panels and allowed them to move towards either end, or to be divided between the two sides. The original specification used the then-current Madison Hardwood range, 64 mm louvres, hidden tilt and a Pure White finish.
What to check for a new project
Track layouts need planning around the door movement and the space where panels gather. The original product name is historical; current material choices and a suitable layout are confirmed through a survey.
