Timing and aftercare
Our faster Composite option can usually be installed in around four weeks. Hardwood and Hardwood ABS usually take 10–11 weeks; Premium Hardwood and our alternative Composite option usually take 10–12 weeks. These are typical timings, not guaranteed dates; we confirm the current expectation for your order.
Hardwood shutters have a five-year warranty; Hardwood ABS and Composite shutters have a ten-year warranty. Blackout blinds have a separate two-year warranty. Covered repairs include labour and travel, subject to the warranty terms.

How are shutters planned for an angled bay window?
We measure the individual sections and bay angles rather than treating the bay as one flat window. Handles, frame positions and panel widths all affect the fit. We also check how the panels will open around nearby furniture.
