Blackout shutter project in West London
An earlier whole-house West London project, including bedroom shutters with integrated blinds.
The original brief
The published project records a whole-house shutter installation in West London, including several large bays. The customers chose integrated blackout blinds for the upstairs bedrooms.
The historical specification
The installation used the former MDF range, 64 mm hidden-tilt louvres, Pure White shutters and Light Grey blinds. An F frame accommodated the blind behind the shutter. MDF is no longer supplied by Shutter Master; this describes an earlier installation.
Discuss darkness and fitting together
A compatible shutter and blind arrangement can help control bedroom light, but we do not repeat a promise of complete blackout for every opening. Suitability, edges and frame arrangements need checking for the specific window.
